Application process was extremely slow because it is dependent on one person. Job offer depends on the opinion of one manager. Sometimes prefer to hire under-qualified individuals because they may stay longer.

The interview process was easy and was with a manager and assistant manager. They asked traditional interview questions and told me about next steps. I heard back within a day. They also make sure to clarify that you are comfortable with the work Planned Parenthood does.
