Very friendly and comfortable. I applied and about 3 weeks to a month later received an email asking for my availability for an interview. Because of the pandemic they are still working from home, so it was a video call with the Assistant to the Finance Director and someone from HR. It was a simple interview asking my knowledge of payroll and my current function. Later on I was selected for the second round with another higher up from the department. It was a good interview with more in-depth questions about my current role and what I was looking to gain from moving positions. I was asked some questions I did not think would be a part of the job function, (e.g. How would you approach Executives about changing work policies), which I thought was odd. I was not selected to go past this round, which was disappointing, but due to my lack of knowledge of their operating system, and the amount of applicants they had, I was not surprised.
