This process is relatively laid back for on campus hires. Just have a professional presence, make sure you have the grades / experience for the job, and do your research on the company. I am not exactly sure of what the process is for experienced hires, but i have heard it is a much more formal process, where they ask more technical questions. It's also a much lengthier process for experienced hires.
