The interview process was pretty standard, asking about strengths, weaknesses, fit with the company etc. My main takeaway from the experience was how much the people who work there love the company. It is true what they say about the tremendous culture there.

process took 5 weeks, initial phone screen was questions like "name a time where you", interview 2 was similar but more casual with the partners of the firm. Overall smooth process and all people involved were great

Initial interview with a recruiter, interview with partner and manager, the process took a month. Everyone was very nice but the process was too long to then be declined from a position, interviewers also made it seem as though I would be given the position by the words they used during the interview.
