Applied online, received an email from the recruiter to schedule a screening call. That call was mostly behavioral questions and questions about my experience and why I’m interested in the job. 2 days after that I had an interview with 2 senior level principal’s on the hiring team, again behavioral / experience questions but more specific to the role. Then I had a panel interview with 4 people where I did a 10 minute presentation about a project I worked on that I was proud of, followed by a q&a. And then I had a final interview with the managing partner for the practice.
