The interview process was subpar. The recruiter reached out to schedule the interview. On the day of the interview, the Recruiter did not show up for the interview and said that her dentist appointment ran over. This was after I waited for her for 20 minutes and then she let me know we would have to reschedule. Found their guidelines for candidates was outdated. The recruiter didn't seem to understand the business or how to evaluate credentials. You might as well have a computer evaluate resumes for their first step.

The interview process included an online application, three screening interviews with the HR team, one group interview (4 people), one partner interview, and a final screen. There was a decent amount of time between the communication so, at times, I wasn't sure whether I was moving forward or not.
