The 3rd round of interview process was very brief because the specific skills required has a direct match in my skill set. The main interviewer (senior manager level) was telling the the perspective of the business instead of asking me questions.

1. Application 2. Internal recruiter reaches out in 3-5 days, conducts a brief general 15-30 min interview about the candidate and his or her aspirations. Requests to fill out the background check application 3. Then the series of 3 in-person/Teams interviews follows: 2 with principals and 1 with the partner. 4. After competing the interview series, the was a requirement to complete the Excel quiz consisting of 25 questions.

It wasn't the kind of outdated style of interview where a standard set of 10 most common HR question being asked. It was more of a natural dialogue-based conversation in which they wanted to learn more about the candidates history and answer any questions about the company. This interview format seems to be much more efficient.
