Almost 2 weeks after applying for the job, the lady from HR reached out to me. She was really nice and explained the role and requirements to me. She asked about my background and experience. Next step was phone interview with their technical team. It took almost an hour and they asked different question but not too technical. The first question they asked was about how I usually spend my free time so the culture is really important for them. They try to keep it fun and productive. Almost a week After phone interview the HR lady called me again and mentioned the team wanted to meet me in person and scheduled an onsite interview for me. It was half a day interview with 6 people from 3 different teams. Everybody was so respectful and cool, but the questions were detailed, tricky and hard so be prepared. Other than the main team that I would have worked with had I gotten hired I interviewed with other 2 teams. They will ask you questions that you don't know the answer cuz it's not directly related to the position you applied for so be prepared.... After almost 2 weeks they told me that they decided to continue with another candidate who had more experience in that position. Overall, I really liked the company's culture and environment, the interview process was very professional as well.
