Three great phone interviews with team members of varying levels and then their internal recruiter completely ghosted me. I have no idea what happened, what happened with the role, other candidates, was the role put on hold, did they hire internally, who knows. I received no response after thank you emails and then three tries to follow up. How disappointing! I did hours of prep work for a job I was really excited about and then ? It’s too bad this is becoming the norm, that companies feel like they don’t owe candidates the courtesy of responding at all and thank you for your time.
