The Recruiter was really nice – he was clear about every step of the process, and generally emulated the culture at Playstation. This also was the same for the hiring manager and everyone I interviewed with . Even though I wasn't selected, I received feedback about my application and the Recruiter even offered to provide telephone or email feedback follow up.
