It was a straight forward process of meeting with manager, doing a technical assignment, interview with team to go through technical assignment and a culture fit. When my process stopped was after the technical assignment was handed in. While I thought I would have the chance to expand upon my assumptions in the presentation of my assignment, I just didn't make it to that stage. However they were good in provide good and detailed feedback to me on how my assignment answers faired.

What made you switch roles (especially within this covid timeframe)
Nice and welcoming people. Questions mostly about projects I have done. HR interview and 2nd and 3rd round of interview and the last interview with the director. Compensation structure is convoluted. By the time I understand the whole process, I found that there is no bonus or they did not offer me bonus. If you want to attract good talent, you have to pay higher than average.
