I went through three different rounds of interviews, including developing a whole campaign plan, for them to tell me weeks later (after prompting) that I was overqualified, which I feel like they would have been able to establish from my CV pre-interview. In reality, it felt like they were not willing to pay for someone who knew there worth/wanted to negotiate a fair salary.
