Face to face interview with a consultant of the company. Lasted about two hours, questions were made to make you put some thought into them. Asked many of the standard interview questions along with several others to see how you react and handle on the spot stress. Several questions were meant to rile you up so they could see how you react in different situation which you may or may not ever encounter.
