Phone interview first, then an in-person interview. Interviewer showed up about 30 minutes late. She said her laptop was being fixed so she forgot. Already unprofessional and a big red flag. The questions were simple & it left like we were having a good convo. Followed up with a thank you email the next day. No response. 22 days later I received the rejection email. 16 days after that, I got a call to see if I was still interested since the guy they chose backed out & that I was the interviewers 2nd choice. I said of course I can start asap. Never received an email or follow up. This staffing co. is unprofessional & I hate that they strung me along. Just be straight up.
