The interview was very relaxed. The hiring managers spoke a lot about what I liked from my past employments and experiences and how I thought I could apply that to a position with them. Then there was a shift in the interview to them pointing out various things expected of employees and pointed out the different aspects of the job and we discussed if I felt it would be a good fit for me. Seems like they genuinely cared about their employees happiness right from the get go, wanting me to determine if I would be happy working for them.
