Do not even bother and waste your time. I was able to go through 2 round of interviews, the screening and the second round. The screening was basically about how the hiring manager can prepare YOU to meet the CEO. The second interview was with the hiring manager and the CEO. The CEO is the rudest most condensing person I think I have spoken with. She talked down to me and said to me "Do you even know what venture capital is?" She basically quizzes you on your work and if you get one "wrong", you will not be getting the job. Its no wonder they have been trying to fill the position for a year!
