The first interview was with one of their younger analysts. Went over behavioral and SQL questions. None of these questions were difficult but at the same time, didn't really give a good indication of what a senior analyst was capable of doing. Overall, I got the vibe the analyst might be intimidated interviewing and hiring someone a bit older with more experience. Didn't make it past this portion of the interview despite nailing the SQL questions and giving concise details on my background despite it being very related to the job description and company's business model.
