As others have mentioned, they use the style of interviewing for program participants for employees as well. To no ones surprise, its completely stupid. Not sure what I said in the total 5 minutes I got to speak that could disqualify me. There were only 6 of us as well as opposed to 20. No reason you could not screen each of us individually. One of the scholars was a candidate and I suspect that is who will be hired. I actually liked everyone in the Zoom except for her so that says a lot about the culture of the org and program. Last, but not least, I was ghosted.
