A recruitment mailed me with an assessment link (CCAT) and mentioned *as soon as we receive your completed application and assessment, I will be in touch with you for next steps*. I have completed the assessment, it been more than 3 weeks I din't hear back from the recruiter, so I mailed recruiter about the process and the recruiter ghosted me.

The CCAT assessment is easy it consists of 50 quantitative questions and behavioral exam.
