The first screening call went overall great. As others have mentioned, you’re sent the test to do that is 50 questions in 15 mins. After the interview, I was CC’d in an email with a hiring manager about the next interview. Never once did I receive a confirmation from the manager that they’ll be interviewing. Come to the day of, I attended the interview. I did let them know they should at least send a confirmation to alert the interviewee that there’s a confirmed interview. The questions were project related and I did answer all of them. It was a negative experience for me due to the fact I applied to this position last October and received a text that I would be getting an email to schedule an interview but it never came. I applied again, and it finally came. Their system is awful in that regards because according to the recruiter everyone that gets that text hasn’t had their application looked at by a recruiter so don’t get your hopes up until the email arrives to schedule.
