The experience was not good. Tried to connect with the recruiter and setup multiple times, but all of those times, the interview was cancelled at the last moment. I was understanding and asked them to reschedule every time, and eventually never heard back.

The interview process is quite poor at assessing actual aptitude and skills needed for the job. It's more like a combination of easy CTFs / puzzles across various security disciplines. The company is also very "culture" oriented, almost a bit too extreme. I'd stay away if you're not ready to kiss the ring, so to speak. (Or at least be very good at faking it)
