Interview process had three interviews (Phone interview and two in person interviews). There was nothing overly complicated with the questions and felt more like a conversation of getting to know each other rather than a standard "interview". I was able to learn about the background of the company and what benefits were offered along with a solid overview of the position and its responsibilities.

The first interview provided a great opportunity to learn about the company background, communication style and culture (big at Prairie Mechanical). The second interview I meet with the VP, a straight forward no bs interview that was about my experience and previous PM sales. Went over the team dynamic and how the role is currently being managed and how they see the role evolving.
