I recently attended a conference and was pre-screened. The hiring manager reached out to me and I met with him the following day for an interview. After the interview, I was told to follow up with him again the next day and I did. We spoke more about the role and he answered all of my questions. After that, I met with him again the following day and was given a verbal offer.
