I applied on-line, but I also sent my resume to former colleagues employed at Pratt. I was invited to a Pratt “Super Day” event. I interviewed one-on-one with five different people who were part of the same team. Each interview took about 40 minutes. The entire process was relaxed and well organized. All participants were told to expect to hear something in three weeks. I checked the career site the same day and saw that I was no longer under consideration for that specific position; however, I was referred to the hiring manager for another position that I applied to. A recruiter called me three days later about that position. He asked me when I could start, and what my salary requirement was. I’m waiting to see if I receive another interview or even a job offer.
