Applied online, HR lady calls to set up panel interview- wait months on end, finally call back. The process here is very slow and awful. I put my application in months before being called. The HR lady does a screen on the phone. Interview times were not flexible- it was a take this time or leave it. (It it was less than 24 hours notice). Interviewers were late and lied about the process. They said I would hear within two weeks. When I got a call a month later, I figured it would be positive as it wasn't an email...nope, they do verbal rejections with a scripted "we encourage you to keep applying as we. know it takes effort to invest in your career."
