My first interview was a normal personal interview with the one that I would later report to. The interview started with getting to know the company, what they did and so on. Then I was asked questions about what I study, my ambition and so on. The interview question was very casual, no case or anything as that.

Quick Phone interview to setup group interview. They were thorough and friendly, Went into great detail on the company and it's history. Asked leading questions and provided good answers to my questions. Interviewed with Sales Director and CTO. I felt very little pressure, and thought their questions were fair and aimed at selecting a candidate quickly. This seems like it would be an excellent place to work.
