Contacted by internal recruiter on LinkedIn, who sent my information to the company. The company sent me a writing test which I completed within the specified time frame. After sending in the writing test, I had to email the recruiter and company 3x to get any sort of response. Understandable that it was not a good fit, but at the very least, please don't ghost potent candidates who spent time outside of working hours to complete the writing task.

I did a writing assignment that took 2 days. Roughly something related to the position regarding medical knowledge and explanation skills. It took 2 weeks to get back to me.
Very casual process. I just had to describe my previous work history and why I think I would be a good fit. No real difficult questions or any thing specific to the job.

How would you handle a situation where a client is going to submit wrong information.
Phone call with recruiter to make sure you are good fit was asked basic interview questions then was given a writing assignment with a certain amount of time given to complete.
