The interview process was fairly quick and everything moved along smoothly. I went through 3 stages of interview (1 phone screen with HR, 1:1 with a local director, final interview meeting several people plus a presentation). The final interview was 2 hours in which I had 2 separate panel interviews followed by a presentation and Q&A. The presentation was based on an article that I was given to me ahead of time. They flew me over for the onsite interview which was nice and I was reimbursed fairly quickly as well for expenses incurred that day. From initial application to final interview only took a month and I was very satisfied at that point. Everything fell apart after that. I received radio silence for 5 weeks and after checking in twice I was told I was rejected. It is hard to believe that the time it took for them to make a decision took longer than the entire hiring process. My references were also checked too. This was a waste of time for everyone especially the final interview was so long and the presentation took a lot of time to prepare. It was a also waste of money on their part.
