Left her an email 2 weeks later and still nothing. I see the job was reposted on Glassdoor and I emailed again after a month and she still didn't respond. Its very frustrating for candidates when a company/recruiter is inconsiderate of other people's time. First and foremost, candidates need companies just as much as the company needs candidates. If candidates were interviewed, it is simple to reach out afterwards and let them know that they are not moving forward. ESPECIALLY if your company core values revolves around KINDNESS! There was nothing kind about that especially since I sent an email twice and no response back. I don't mind if I wasn't chosen and I'm not being bitter about that, its the fact that I also gave some of my time for the interview and out of respect, shall candidates if they would move forward or not. This just shows the unprofessionalism of this company.
