I submitted an application on line and was scheduled for a phone interview with HR shortly afterward. After completing the phone interview, I was scheduled for an in-person interview with the team leads and manager of the program. I received an offer that day, in part because I told them I had another offer, but would rather work for Premera. Both of which was true.
