Was an extensive application process. Filled out an 11 page application, then got a 2 hour 1:1 interview, then had a 3-4 week training period (where you are not hired until completion). Had to know a lot about national parks/monuments, states and capitals, some simple math skills, current events, geography, camping, and automobile mechanics.
