Two stage process arranged via a Recruitment agency. First stage with two existing SMs, second with two Heads of. Recruiter fed back after second stage that PPS were restructuring and redefining the role but I would be invited back for a final interview in the coming weeks. No further comms from the Recruiter or PPS since, despite chasing. The role then appeared on Linkedin, posted by PPS directly - I submitted an email advising I had received no feedback etc, but have received no response to date. I interviewed for circa 3 hours in total and spent additional hours preparing and researching. Very poor professional conduct from the Recruitment Agency and PPS.
