Colloquio
It involves three phases :
1.Aptitude : Geometry questions .
2. Technical : Oops , C++
3. Managerial : Salary Discussion
Most of questions revolve around C++. Virtual Constructor , Static vs Dynamic Binding etc

Colloquio
I was selected to work in client company of Prescient. So I went throgh 3 rounds in Prescient, 2 rounds in client company. It started with written question paper set by client company. 10 questions each of aptitude, C#, Programming, object oriented. Then there were 4problem statements to code e. g. When you return wrappers of 3 chocolates, you get one more. Each chocolates costs x rupees. Given the amount, how many chocolates one gates to eat? Write carefully as they ask you to explain in interview. If there is mistake, dont lose your confidence. They are not concerned provided you have performed well. Then 2rounds of technical interview mainly focusing on programming concepts, sorting, puzzles. They do not emphasize on language. Pseudocode is enough
Client interview is based on product you will be working on.
