First, there was a phone screen from Talent Management/Human Resources; second, there was a phone interview from hiring manager; third, there was a virtual interview given by a team: the hiring manager, regional director (sales) and department VP; finally, an informal team interview. The hiring manager also assisted with follow-up questions and made herself available.

I had an excellent interview experience with Press Ganey. The process was well organized, efficient, and respectful of my time. My recruiter, Sean Friedman, was outstanding throughout the entire process. He communicated consistently, kept me informed at every stage, and was always responsive to my questions.
I also appreciated that the interview process was concise and direct. Each interview had a clear purpose, and the timeline moved quickly without unnecessary delays.
