A few days after submitting my application, I received an email from the recruiter and had a brief phone call with her to discuss the position at a high level. Soon after I had a 30 minute video interview with the hiring manager, followed by a 30 minute video Q&A (mostly my questions) with two team members. I was offered the job a few days later, to start in 2-3 weeks. I wish all job interview processes were that sensible and straightforward.
