After submitting my application package, I was contacted by the recruiter to conduct a phone screen within a week. Thereafter, I submitted my portfolio and a phone interview with the L&D principal was scheduled very quickly (within two weeks of the initial contact from recruiter). The principal and I spoke for approximately 30 minutes via phone. Shortly thereafter I was informed that I was not selected to progress to the next round.
