I applied online on smarthires.com and got an e-mail less than a week later to come in for a interview. It was a group interview in the Director's office. It was your standard interview no behavioral questions this time around. It went really well since I had a decades worth of experience in the department they were hiring for and had all the necessary qualifications. 2-3 days later I was asked to come in for a pre-employment check. Get ready though it is a very thorough background check. I never signed so many papers in my life. Ever.
