Phone Screen followed by an in-person interview. They make you wear business professional attire for a 30-minute interview. Overall, a terrible interview process. The recruiter was kind but the interviewer was rude. They make you come in person to ask a couple of questions when it could've been a video call or through the phone. Not to mention, most of the questions they asked didn't even pertain to the role. In the end, they judge you based on your resume, and the questions you answer don't really matter. Just made me answer random trivia. For a minimum wage job, they have insanely high standards. A great waste of time. Also, they ghosted me despite telling me that they would contact me the week after. Just awful.
