Called me in for an interview basically just looked at resume and talked about the company, they narrowed down to 3 people, called those 3 back in for 2nd interview, asked questions on resume that could have been asked during first interview, then called to come on a 3rd time to do a design test on solidworks and then told they created 2 more roles to hire the top 3 candidates and wanted me for a role I did not apply for since they believed I was a good fit for it. Pay was not what I expected for role
