Colloquio
I, unfortunately, arrived late to my interview because it was quite a distance from the shop I had applied for (which is near to my home) and I don't drive due to medical reasons. I researched the travel route and it seemed it wouldn't be that bad to travel but in reality, it was much longer even though I was up at 6:50 to make the 9 am appointment. As soon as I sat down at 9:20 I was told my interview would be rushed through I was asked a lot of questions about percentages but I haven't been in a charity role for around 11 months I couldn't remember percentages but knew I would turn over about 10k a week dealing with high-value product Chanel at £450 as I worked in boutique charity. The man interviewing assumed I was made redundant and asked me in quite an uncomfortable tone and I said no I had decided to leave because the dynamic wasn't working for me anymore and explained why. How rude to say ‘oh were you made redundant?’ and sneer and believe me In all my years of management, I would never treat someone so awfully. Then the lady asked have I had any good customer feedback and I said yes I've had some customers mention me by name on Google reviews would you like to see it? And she blanked me twice before the man then answered me with a reply. It was a very uncomfortable situation and seems like the higher management wants to alienate their customers who love their brands and spend money in their store.

Domanda 1
How many donations did you get? I managed many stores so explained some days could be overflowing with donations in the pen but on average as we are smaller shops without furniture we would get around 20 bags of quality stock a day.
