Smooth. Contacted via LinkedIn by Sophie, Proact's in-house recruiter. We had a few questions for each other and we kept in touch over the course of a couple of weeks, before Sophie lined me up with an interview with the company's head of innovation. We liked each other and Sophie contacted me later that day. I started working with the company a week later.
