      My experience with the interview process at ProductWind for the Head of Product role can only be described as what felt to me as a glaring example of poor planning and a lack of consideration for candidates. The entire process left me with a sour taste in my mouth, and I feel compelled to share my frustration and disappointment. From the very beginning, the process felt rushed and haphazard, as if they were more interested in ticking off boxes rather than truly assessing the suitability of candidates for the position. I initially met with the CTO, who was the hiring manager, and then proceeded to meet with the CEO. While I expected these meetings to be insightful and focused on my qualifications and experience, they seemed more like brief encounters that barely scratched the surface of what I could bring to the table. What also baffled me was the CTO's request for work examples. This request appeared to demonstrate a lack of understanding of the industry's standard practices and the importance of NDAs (I said no). Nevertheless, the interview process continued with a case study round. One positive aspect of the interview process was my meeting with the CRO, who I found smart and very likable. The final straw in this chaotic process was the presentation of my case study to a panel, after which I was left in complete silence. No feedback, no updates, and certainly no courtesy follow-up. This lack of communication reflects a total disregard for candidates' time and effort, and it felt frankly unprofessional, rude, and discourteous. In summary, my interview experience with ProductWind was nothing short of a rushed, disorganized and frustrating ordeal.
