The first stage of the process was to submit a solution for a small task in C#. The interview had a few parts, with some company introduction, projects overview, talking about my own projects, followed by a technical interview. The technical interview was about the basics of C# language, design patterns, basic algorithms, etc. The whole interview took like 2 hours. I didn't get an offer, which was quite a surprise, considering my technical skills at that time, but I didn't care much.
