Convivial environment. Two managers present. Range of questions asked. Equal equality covered. Some of the questions did not seem relevant to the post. When I asked about the nature of the job the management were vague saying that I would be working in an area called the apartments with a range of people of different ages and varying disabilities but could not say how their abilities affected their lives.
