Two multiple choice tests, completed online. Phone interview was a week later. You will learn more about the position on this interview and the process is described well on progressives website. I learned about the long hours on a salary pay and did not react well to hearing that information. I was not offered a position.
The woman who interviewed me (I can't remember her name) was very good. She made me feel comfortable and made it feel like a conversation rather than a interview. From start to finish the call was about 40 minutes.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
