Submitted online application; Immediately received email notification to take their online employment assessment test; Completed exam same day of submitting online application; Received email notification the following day, informing me I've qualified for the next step; Less than one week later, 1 hour phone interview with HR representative; Next day received email notification to fill out a detailed online employment/education history, as well as consent to background/criminal history check; Few days later received notification for final interview, to be conducted via webex online video conference. Few days later completed final interview. Interviewer stated I will hear from company within 1 week. All in all, less than 3 weeks from initial submission of application to final interview.
