It was a group interview conducted with scenarios you could experience in training and if you took a team leader role overseas. These scenarios involved plans of actions upon political events, distressed team members, medical emergencies, business workshop planning and all in the context of time management and overseas work. These scenarios are dealt with collaboratively with other interviewees and you are asked to present portions of a solution individually. This is all under timed circumstances. After this assessment, you have a presentation about the training and the opportunity to ask questions about the training and business model.
