First step was a screening interview with the recruiter which took about 15-20 minutes. The second step was half an hour conversation with the head of HR where she introduced the company and the role, asked questions about my experience and what I'm looking for in my new role. The third phase was a technical interview with a CTO and an architect. The interview took about an hour and was pretty full on. The interviewers were very friendly and I felt like we clicked early on.
