The interview went smoothly, and honestly I learnt so much from the interview and from the feedback from the boss, Ben. Honestly I think many of the negative reviews here mistake Ben’s casual interview style for unprofessionalism but in my opinion, he was trying to lighten the atmosphere and allow the candidate to feel comfortable to share and answer questions. Though straightforward, Ben’s comments are to help. And l feel that as an interview candidate, it’s especially important for us to learn how to take these feedback and comments positively. I honestly had a positive interview experience and hope that others do not base your opinions on the negative reviews and miss on a great opportunity to apply for this company.
