Interview was your typical interview, quite relaxed and non-pressured. I was offered a tour of the factory afterwards which felt positive. I was contacted by the external recruiter two days later and advised I wasn't being invited back for a second interview as they had made an assumption that I would get bored in the role as I had too much drive and ambition. Tried to contact the employer directly to discuss this and I have been subsequently ignored.
